Is this worth it?

I am being offered the below package for $550 (with the understanding that he can wait until my next paycheck comes to lay it down). You guys think it's worth what I'm getting? I'm pretty sure it's in good condition, and the dude is pretty reliable (and I work with him, so I can go throw it back at him if it breaks).

Yes definitely worth it. reasons

Dead Rising...thats the zombies in a mall game i told you about. that alone makes it worth it!

Condemned, while controls sucked awesome game if you can get through the controls.

Gears of War.....no need to tell why

Call of Duty....while an older one, is still fun game to play

Saints Row.....same as dead rising, much fun

well, it may be too late to mention it, as i haven't really been checking the board at all, but you may want to know:

microsoft has banned some xboxes from xbox live. rather than ban the accounts of offenders ( i forget what you had to do to piss them off) they banned the xboxes, by serial, forever.
which means, as microsoft makes every effort to make same box multiplayer suck balls and system link not happen, banned xboxes are not worth it.

not saying that this is one, but be aware. and if it is one, throw it at his face. or his balls.

everyone, that is if i'm not the only one who still doesn't have an xbox 360, be aware of this and be wary of suspiciously cheap used xboxes.

I will never own an X-Box unless they are the only console left standing and that will be a sad sad day indeed
