the potetnial here IS scary maybe one an off-week run a mini-event for the DVD with these rules heh.. Hamus can be RVD AND Austin Alternate Tag Team Rules By James Kandziolka Raw Deal Playtester / Guest Writer / #1 Ranked Player in the World / 2005 World Championship Participant There are 2 seperate players in this format just like the Smackdown format. Tag 2.0 does not team you up with another player, you choose to play as a tag team. Each player chooses 2 Superstar cards to reveal. The Superstar cards must be individual superstars, no tag superstars, Gail and Molly, RTC, etc. Each player gets both Superstars abilities during the game. A given player's Starting Hand Size is both Superstars combined handsize divided by 2, rounded up. Example: Ric Flair and Big Show have a 4 and 9 Starting Hand Size. 4+9=13/2=6.5, rounded up to 7. They wold have a 7 Starting Handsize. Their Superstar Value(SSV) is just the two added together. Example: Big Show and Flair have a 3 and 4 SSV, therefore making your SSV 7. You are considered Diva, Female, Male, etc. if either of the two Superstars are such. Yes, you can have a male diva. You are allowed to pack and play both Superstar's Superstar Specific cards regardless of any contradictory abilities. Outside of Superstar Specifics, you are restricted by both Superstar abilities. Example: Moolah and Babe of the Year can only pack maneuvers of 2D or less. They can pack Modified Clutch because Babe makes any tag team considered a Diva tag team. This goes for any Superstar considered a Diva as they will make their team a Diva team, giving them access to Modified Clutch. Arsenal size is set by the smallest possible Arsenal size between the two Superstar Abilities. If Moolah and Shawn team up, you get the choice between a 60 card deck or a 45 card deck because Shawn can increase the deck size plus 15. It is possible to have a 65 card deck in this format with a pairing such as Stacy Kiebler and Shawn as he can add 15 more cards to a starting deck size of 50 making 65. GM's and Enforcer Superstars. Enforcer cards are NOT used in this format. If you reveal Stephanie McMahon and HHH, your enforcer is considered your tag partner (HHH). You get to use his Foils, but you do not get to reveal any enforcer cards. Test will allow you to pack two of every unique including any Unique Foil Superstar Card of his tag team partner. You can get 2 Ultimo Rechazzos and 2 I Love My Testicles. If you are playing 2 Superstars that share a Superstar Specific Unique Foil, you may pack 1 for each of them. There are more and more combos than one would normally think. That is the best part of this format. Everything is so unexpected. There is one golden rule to this format. GOLDEN RULE - If there is ever a conflict between cards you play or card text, you must choose to use the less productive effect for yourself. Example: Edge and Christian(not the tag Superstar, but the individual Superstars) must discard 2 cards when they play You Think You Know Me since it is the less productive effect.
