KARLSTAD, Sweden (CP) - Peter Forsberg's return from injury was a short one Thursday after the superstar centre suffered a concussion in a Swedish league playoff game.
Forsberg was injured in Modo's game against Farjestad in Karlstad, according to a release from the International Ice Hockey Federation. Forsberg, playing his first game since Jan. 20 when he suffered a hand injury, was cross-checked by former NHLer Peter Nordstrom in the second period. Nordstrom was thrown out of the game with a major penalty and a game misconduct
